MACHINE CHARACTERISTICS
The model is a gantry type high rigidi structure. It is precision cast by resin sand process. all castings have been tempered twice and stress relieved. It has good stability and no distortion.
X, Y, and Z axes are all equipped with high rigidity precision linear guides and high precision C3 ball screw.
The drive system adopts AC servo drive, which has high control precision, stable X, Y, Z three-axis linkage and small machine tool vibration.

The machine tool adopts unique beam technology of integration of cross beam and bed, gantry type high rigidity structure, which ensures long-term high accuracy.
Three axers adopts imported high precision linear guide rail and ball screw, which has the charateristics of low wear resistance and friction coefficient, high positioning accuracy and flexibility, and smooth movement.
